Billda Ltd is a construction management platform that helps organisations manage labour bookings, payment workflows, and subcontractor administration.

• Your Organisation is the data controller — it decides what personal data is collected and why.
• Billda is the data processor — we process personal data on the Organisation's behalf to operate the Platform.

In limited circumstances, Billda also acts as a data controller in its own right (for example, when we collect data for account administration, security monitoring, and product improvement).
